Today was spent doing school with the kids and then an eye doctor appointment this afternoon for our daughter. Our 8 year old daughter has been seeing the same eye doctor since she was 3 weeks old. She has had 5 eye surgeries. And just hearing the words "You have an appointment with Dr. B" is enough to send her to a major fit. I truly believe that she remembers having her first surgery at one month of age. This petite little princess can squeeze her eyes so tight that nothing can pry them open. But, today, she was an angel. She did everything that Dr. B asked her to do. It was a great appointment. She could still need another surgery when she is older, but for now she is good to go.
