So, I decided try my hand at blogging. This is all new to me. I'm just jumping right in and hoping to find my way. The first question I need to answer is "Why am I doing this?" I'm not sure. I think it will be a form of therapy. I envision myself sharing or ranting or whatever else from this blog. The second question I need to answer is "Will anyone read this?" Probably not. I don't expect anyone to read what I write, except me. I just thought I would try writing what is going on in my life in an effort to reflect on and maybe improve my life. Or maybe that is just a bunch of bull and I am jumping on the bandwagon.
A little about me - I am a 40 something mother of 4. I have a wonderful husband who forgives pretty much everything, who takes care of me and our children, and who I couldn't live without. I have a son in college, one in high school, one in middle school and a daughter in elementary school. We are all over the place! I have homeschooled our kids for 10 years. I knit, cross stitch and do other needle work. I am a Christian in search of a deeper relationship with my Savior and a church to be involved in. I struggle and fail each day to be the person that Christ wants me to be. That is part of what I want from this blog, to chart my journey as I try to draw closer to Him. And, if anyone wants to read along, you are more than welcome to journey with me.
I guess that is enough for my first post. I doubt that I will be very witty or interesting, but I'll be honest.
